Bend's Over Backwards

I have been with this agency for over a year. They have bent over backwards to assist me when needed. I recently settled an auto claim and it was handled efficiently and professionally. My car was totaled. I asked him to provide quotes on at least a dozen different replacements, which he did in a timely manner. They also spent time with me back in May of 2014 to settle an issue with the DMV, and provided historical information when it was asked for. If you call during business hours, someone will always answer the phone and assist you. If not, they return calls in a timely manner.
